Refund Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing by email to [email protected] or by phone at 509-876-2466, 1 week prior to the convention date. After that date, NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellations.

Terms and Conditions 

I hereby authorize the Washington Society of Health and Physical Education (SHAPE) to initiate a charge entry on my credit or debit card in the amount equal to the amount I enter into the online payment option.  I acknowledge I am responsible for inputting the correct payment amount and my SHAPE Washington Account Number.

By submitting an online payment, I agree that there is a balance sufficient to pay all requested payments, and agree that SHAPE Washington is not liable for any overdraft or insufficient fund situation or charge (including, but not limited to, finance charges, late fees, or similar charges) caused by my failure to maintain funds sufficient to pay the payment amount I indicated.
