Join us for Health and PE Equity Information. Topics to be discussed: intersectionality, contextualizing race, implicit bias and anti-racism.
Objectives include Educators will:
- be able to understand themselves deeply as diverse cultural beings who can better serve others across a range of human differences.
- create conditions that support learning partnerships by shifting from a focus on the individual to a focus on the collective "we."
- analyze and reflect on their strengths, biases, and privileges to advance cultural competency, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Lunch is included in your registration.
